Buy To Let Portfolio
- Our assistance was sought in refinancing a 45 unit Buy To Let portfolio which was currently financed by several different lenders. The client requested the portfolio be placed with one lender who would provide the maximum LTV at a highly competitive rate. Â
- Finance (NI) made contact with a bank who specialised in this sector. The bank promptly agreed a £3.2M facility (80% LTV) at a margin of Libor + 1.15% over a 15 year term.Â
- The portfolio could be re-valued annually and the bank would consider further equity release of the enhanced value (up to 80% LTV). Â
- The bank also offered an interest only payment option for the first three years.
