Generally we can arrange commercial funding from 70% to 85% loan property value dependant on the quality of the asset and the tenant. In some instances 100% loan to purchase can be arranged.
All commercial finance secured is tailored to meet the borrower’s needs. Bespoke commercial loan structures can be made available to the clients and can include:

- Bullet mortgage repayments
- Variable and fixed mortgage structures
We look to find the best possible commercial funding solution for all commercial mortgage proposals submitted to us. Where required we can find commercial finance for proposals with limited accounting information; imperfect credit records and short trading histories.
